My new experience at a small breakfast corporation

so, I started working at this chain of breakfast, brunch that is 'high" end, if you will. Man is this shit ridiculous, I never in my life have been in such an unprofessional work atmosphere in my life. I wrote my manager to explain myself, since I'm constantly defending myself,what I thought would be the most private way of communicating with him, think not, all employees are talking about it and quoting my lines verbatim from my emails. How unprofessional is that. On top of that, the top employee, if you will, who i swear must be a little too close to the gm, trys and sabotages me. Giving me no real money making opportunities. The host is a foreign man who can't sit people in a rotation. He makes it into a math equation, going only by table numbers and is keeping track of what he sat people in his head. It's like look around buddy, what tables do you see open?  Easy. Uh. I am thankful for my job, I just can't stand the people there. Being pretty isn't always all it's cracked up to be. You get singled out immediately, bullied, it's ten times harder to prove myself, people don't like you for no reason, people gang up on you, no one believes you so you have to go to extreme lengths to get any respect. I can't believe how dramatic it is for these people. I'm sick of being their only topic of discussion. Also, I think the " top" girl may have messed me up and ran a credit card twice and never fixed it. That will for sure be blamed on me. Good thing I'm documenting this. Lol. I don't even know what she did, I asked her how to run a card for 7.50 and she "accidentally " just ran the whole thing, and then ran it again? I don't even know how much she charged the lady. I swear her side kick did the same thing to me when I asked her for help she just typed in my number and messed it up and never fixed it. They're so crazy they probably are planning to slowly make me lose my mind, oh well too bad I'm a grown up, lol. Bullies are a joke.
