Old Atlanta Prison Farm

This place is creepy, but so cool. It was open in the 1950's and shut down in 1995. Now abandoned, it serves as a spot for graffiti artists to make their mark, or vagrants to come chill and do whatever it is they do at... Either way here is some pictures!

The great Margaret Kilgallen

Margaret Kilgallen, an amazing artist and part of the whole graffitti movement is my idol. A starving artist for years, she came up with her own unique style and with some of the greats, such as Shepard Fairy, Harmony Korine,Barry Mcgee, Jo Jackson, and more... She was diagnosed with cancer and was pregnant. She refused to give up her baby, because we all know chemotherapy probably isn't the best for a baby in the womb, and died selflessly in 1996 for a beautiful baby girl. She is a hero to all, and especially women. She had the right idea!!! R.I.P.
